Help - signature and profile picture

I have added details to my signature and put a profile picture on but it does not appear in any of my posts. What am I missing? Confused?

Seems that signature is working but not showing picture. Any thoughts?

Yes, I had the same problem for ages until someone kindly pointed me towards 'avtaar', still have no idea what this is but thats where you need to upload your picture too and it will show up on your posts. The picture you have already put on will show on your private profile.

I deleted my avatar by mistake and now I cant get the pic back - no matter how many times we try to re-size it
