Hi friends, I have received my direct grant at 3:45 pm Sydney time, I am so happy to receive this email today. No update for me at least , it's very annoying waiting for some sort of update, I don't understand that why don't they work on September applications and even on August applications those are waiting since long.

I rang immigration and came to know that they are working on 30-31st December too. And then after on 5 January... We would be lucky if we get grant in coming two days..!

We are on holidays but instead of going out we are waiting for the visa grant mail at home !! So impatient I am getting ..

Is the department going to grant visas today and tomorrow? Or shall we now think it to be next year??

I think there might be some applicants after 12 September applications who might have got the visas but they didn't updated the blog.. ( may be than that's good )
