Big News Guys.. Welcome to 2019. Grant Grant Grant... Applied 2 Jan 2019. Direct Grant: 21 April 2020. Just now.. Family of 4. CO: Nikhila Thank you every one..Wish you all the best for All..

Till now I have never seen a grant beyond their published month. If they say we are assessing application before November 2018, means they only pick the files untill November 2018 not even December 2018. This February 2019 grant is shocking to me. He must be very lucky guy..

"Last updated" only changes when department does something like requesting more documents or finalizing. It won't get updated when upload document or update your details.
-
Anyway it is good to see movement. I hope very soon they start processing December applications.
-
I don’t remember exactly but I am sure that we had that discussion and it was unbelievable.

I can relate Q condition to one of my friend’s permanent Medicare card. Some times( very rarely) immigration send grant notification to authorities first( may be because of technical issues), a year ago My friend got his permanent Medicare card in a post then after he got his grant in immi account. I hope she will get grant very soon.

AFP is required for all applicants who are 18 and above.. so AFP is needed just for you n your wife, not for your kid.
-
For 887 to be granted every applicant including dependents must be onshore. If any one of is offshore they will issue Pre Grant.
-
Even after updating it is same. They haven’t progressed much because of holidays.
-
Can we know which month applications they are processing? Mine is 2 Jan 2019
-
Not yet. I am also waiting eagerly for that..
-
Hi All, Does anyone know how much time it is taking to get Indian PCC If we apply at VFS Adelaide?
-
Yes..it can’t be legit..
-
We can apply on any day mate. Online application runs all days n times..
-
Mate, this group is for not only taking information but also for giving information, plz let us know your details like when did you apply n so..information. coming to your query it can take one week to 1 or 2 months after you are onshore.
-
3000 includes secondary applicants also..that means if we consider on an average 3 members in each application then..3000/3 = 1000 applications in total 1000/7(months)= 142 (rounded) So 142 applications in each month, that's not a big number.. And also refusals In 8 years 415 refused. If we calculate that is less than 1%. So success rate is 99% that is very impressive..

Here Real idiotic thought comes.. How come you r others get effected only because of uploading a required document at wrong place. Have some sense n comment. No one is perfect here, that is the only reason you n I are here.

This is not correct. The moment you apply for 887 visa you are eligible for Medicare. Nothing to do with bridging visa. Just take your acknowledgement after applying for 887 visa to Centerlink then they will issue Medicare. Medicare will be issued for all family members whoever on visa application.
-
Yes that is what it exactly says..
-
They haven’t changed anything mate, still it says “you need to comply with the conditions of your current visa until your bridging visa comes into effect” means you can follow your bridging visa conditions once it is in effect.
-
He doesn’t get any notification for uploading a document except updating details like address or passport details but he can see a uploaded document in attachments of your file in his Immi account.
-
I think no one will risk their future. After knowing the fact that still we are on 489 visa.
-
Thanks for sharing a new point. That means they are concentrating on our present address as well. By the way, may we know your time line.

Congrats Russki..
