  1. Here you are https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ApeHDAjEH60WFBNLeq14wvGzegiqGC4KD0U-OyH_w6U/edit#gid=0
  2. Congrats all you guys who got the grants especially @B3sT, @HSK (Applied 14 sep 17) and hope others get the grants soon. Now COs are doing grants base on the complaint list
  3. When my son's 6 months, I did a complaint and got the Medical Exam request. In your case, you can't submit the medical result in 28 days because 24/10 is your due date. I think you should call to notice about this and reply the CO request's email to tell your situation. This is as evident in the future if you need to use. Regards
  4. Yes, I took my baby photo at the time doing Medical Exam (same face, same clothes with the photo on Medical result) then do JP a day after => update this form to IMMI account => then waiting the Medical Result submit to IMMI system => I submitted Confirm button on my IMMI Account.
  5. - Download the form from this link https://www.australia.gov.au/information-and-services/public-safety-and-law/statutory-declarations - Select a few your baby's photos (4x6cm) from the passport date to the medical exam date then stick them at the form's footer. - Get support from someone (not your relatives) to fill the form and do JP it. - Example of the declare's content: "The passport's photo and the rest of other photographed are of the same child <your child full name> <DOB> <Address>". Hope it can help you! Enjoy.
  6. Thank @B3sT! Don't forget to do the baby's photos statutory declaration after you do Medical Exam. Hope you get the grant soon!
  7. Thank all of you again for celebrating with me! I think I had a lucky chance on my case but we should have at least a strong reason to make a complaint. I got the response complaint after nearly a week so you guys should wait a little bit. If all of us make complaints at this time without strong reasons, I think the complaints won't affect as they are. The COs have to take time to do one more step to solve the complaints. The more strong complaints the more reasons to let they (COs) have to review/update their process. I just added more information for someone have the same situation (have a newborn child while applying for the visa) with me. If CO request Medical Exam (501) for baby, let's do this and don't forget to do the baby's photos statutory declaration then submit the button on the application. Cheers!

  11. Yeah, just follow Immi instruction for generating/submit the HAP Id document then print it out then book the medical check with Bupa.
  12. Hi Tsep, I hope this link can help you. http://www.bupamvs.com.au/appointments Note: please take/print your HAP Id when you make an appointment or when you do the medical check.
  13. Hi mate, I hope you get your grant soon. What kind of medical check document did CO require fron GP? Is it a form or just a letter? Can you please share about how we can get it from GP? If CO gave you a form, can you please advise about form number? Thanks,
  14. Hi @B3sT It's weird. They granted your newborn baby without Passport. When did you submit your baby birth certificate? Does CO request your baby medical check on today? Thanks!
