U can do the statutory declaration and include the bill of council rate if he own the house or the contract, ledger account from agent to prove that ur brother has been living there.

Your first contact was on 9th of March? It seems that applicants who had first contact on 9th March have been disappeared on Immi system.

The reason is probably because of the system. Ppl who got first contact around in mid of March still have the status on immi acc as "received" while the other guys who also got grant even they got the 1st contact @ the beginning of Apr. So I assume that the system will not pop up the name which still in received status

I concerned this because when we got contact by CO, the status will change to "Initial Assessment" I thought there's something wrong with the system.
