Hi everybody, i applied on 2/7/2018. 1st contact 22nd may second 17/01/2019 asking for -Evidence of your relationship with your spouse -The decision maker must be satisfied that you and your spouse are validly married under Australian law -have a mutual commitment to a shared life as a married couple to the exiiclusion of all others -have a relationship that is genuine and continuing -live together; or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis. i got married on feb 2019 and my wife never came to aus and doesnt hold 489 visa, she is is in india, my question- what should i do now

What if i go to india and dont notify to home affair, does it effect my visa...any suggestion?

Under what circumstances we should provide updated form 80. Like i got married after applying 887, CO asked me to provide marriage certificate and passport for my wife. Should i update marriage status in form 80 or leave it, i don't want them to ask for another document again and throw my file away for another few months... applied 2nd july 1st contact 21 may nothing heard after that... If your file is opened by CO Sophorn, just forget the visa for atleast another 5 months...

Yes he is one of laziest one, never gave direct grant and never check document properly, same with me asked for same documents which i already uploaded.

I applied on 2nd July 2019 1st contact 21 May 2019( sent requested document on 3rd june) since then no reply Need to go to india— anybody can tell — Do i get get grant if i am offshore or — My file stop processing untill i came back? Going atleast for 5 months..
