  1. Hi mate Congratulations for your PR I have applied on 7OCT 18 And my first contact was on 23th Dec Asking for wife transcript and degree. Very close with your date. What did you submit? I Ielts or uni transcript
  2. Anyone please answer I am thinking to move to metropolitan city. Because my bridging visa does not have any conditions and 489 is expired What do you think guys? It should be fine if I move? Already called immigration and they said you don't have any conditions...
  3. Anyone in this group Whose 489 visa is expired and Bridging visa A is active And he has moved to different state/city?
  4. Called immigration last week and according to them No conditions means no conditions You can move anywhere but you have to update your address on Immi account Check with immigration and see if they can give in written.
  5. Hi guys My bridging visa kicks in next month. Immigration explain me that there is no restriction and I can move anywhere Anyone here, have a smiliar situton? And move to metropolitan area after bringing visa kicks in

Applied 7/10/2018 First Contact 23/12/2019 CO: Kimberley Requested- Functional English for Spouse- I did provide her official University Letter stating her *Degree, Registration No. Duration (4 years) and Medium of the Course being English* CO says: Please provide further supporting documentation for your evidence of Functional English i.e Transcript/Completion of certificates So for Functional English- Provide the degree, transcript and then the letter stating medium is English. I did ask a number of people including some migration officers that I knew- no one could provide the correct info. I hope this helps other applicants. I will also send the list that CO sent for *how to prove Functional English*: any one of them would work so Ielts/PTE is not the only thing.
  7. Hello everyone I just want to ask that when your case open and immigration start processing your file. At that time is your status 'received' changes to something else or it's stay the same? Cheers
  8. Guys Just want to ask, I am doing home based IT business on 489. ( I am based in regional area ) I want to ask can you do any job outside regional area ? For example I got a call from customer who is NOT in regional area and if I go and complete the job outside the my territory would that be ok ?
