has any one got questioned by the department on 4 weeks on A/L every year is part of 2 years of 489 residential condition?

At least the guy got a contact, i haven't even had one since 17months.

did complain and called yesterday and all i got was "you're in the queue so have to wait as time frame is 26-29month' She didn't give me any more info or told me if i even had a case officer for my file. Applied 5/12/18

its amazing how the week started so well with grants and ended on such a low note.
