Hi! I've never used a forum before so hopefully I'm doing this right! We are waiting to do our medicals before we get our visa granted!! We're also expecting a baby in September! So we're planning on coming out next year. We don't know whether we will get a good mortgage deal if we're brand new in the country? Is it best to rent first and build up some credit etc? Any help is hugely appreciated!! Thanks
