Hi Helpful People, Just want to confirm if I am on right track. I was sponsored By NSW Southern Inland region for 489. But I couldn't find any job in the area quick enough but I found job in the regional Victoria near the NSW border and my Area is in the postcode list supplied by the DHA on their official website for 8539 condition for the visa's issued before November 2019. I asked the NSW Southern Inland people whether if I could get a release letter so I can find job in other regional areas. I was told by them that release letters are no longer issued and I am not bound to Southern Inland NSW. However, I will be still Sponsored by Southern Inland during the whole period of 489 to 887 granted. But given the conditions that I must keep them informed about my living and working arrangements throughout the period. which I already informed once I moved to regional Victoria. Even though, I was cleared by them but just want to ask here in this group for the peace of mind and avoid any trouble. My question here is, whether if it is the right thing, that I am living and working in regional Victoria on 489 visa sponsored by NSW and I will be eligible to apply for 887 Visa once the 2 years living and 1 year full time work conditions are met?
