Hi guys, I'm looking to sell my 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer Coupe GLI and though I'd check with the folk here. It's a beautiful car and I absolutely love it but sadly we have to sell it since we're planning to expand the family and need a bigger car. All factory fittings, and has been driven with care. The previous original owner was a lady who's father owned a garage so the car was well looked after even before I bought it in 2013. The car has been regularly serviced and a log book is available. I've changed the timing belt, water filter and brake fluids in the last major service (Jan 2015). All equipment, AC & heating works perfectly. It has a 1.5 litre engine with automatic transmission. Hi all I've just arrived here in chilly Adelaide, I'm sure it will soon warm up. I was wondering if anyone had any top tips for car buying - the likes of... What do I need to take when I buy the car - either private sale or through a dealer? Do I need to get an SA licence first? how long does this take? do I have to take a test?! Any good insurance companies who won't treat a 45 year old female driver with 10 plus years no claims bonus as a 18 year old hooligan simply because I've just arrived off the boat?
