  1. We have recently moved back to Adelaide after 17 years in America. We have a 17 & 19 year old and would love to meet other expats with late teens that have moved to Adelaide. Let me know if this is you! Thanks Kym
  2. Hi all, We are renting our first home in Australia when we migrate in April, and are sold on the port Noarlunga Area, a few people we know, live close to the CBD and was asking us to watch out for corrosion (especially since we are buying a new car) so my question is, does anyone living in the south have any experience with this issue? So excited, we have 1.5 months to go for the move and we have already booked a holiday rental in Christies beach. I did Google it and found this link to rust prone areas, which seemed to show that Noarlunga is affected as with any coastal area. But is it a Real issue? https://www.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0011/21611/Corrosion_environment_Fleurieu_Peninsula_and_The_Coorong.pdf Thanks in advance

    Cricket Players Wanted

Our cricket club has a few English players and we're always looking for more. Pre-season is underway and there is still loads of time to join. Even come for a practice (Tues/Thurs or Sun) or two to see if you enjoy it. K.C.C. has great facilities, great oval, good blokes & cold beer. Fees are the cheapest around too! We're trying to fill 3 senior sides, so whether you are experienced or a beginner we can definitely find a spot for you Contact me / reply to post asap cheers
  4. Hi all Not used the forum in a while but looking to meet new peeps. I'm 36 & work full time, no kids (apart from the dog). Have an Aussie partner who is lovely but need to get away from his friend circle sometimes and do my own thing! Been in Adelaide a few years, Love the place!! Live near Seacliff where I love to walk my dog on the beach of course! (as well as stop at the hotel for a cheeky pint!!). Hoping to meet other lovely ladies in similar situation - Let me know if you fancy a meet up and a few drinkies Sam
