contact diac for timeline??

i have a co since may and send additional docs (payslips, form 80 ...) end of may. since mid june those docs show received. now i am waiting for a response from my co. but so far nothing happened. should i contact diac for a update or is it better to be patient. maybe someone has a clue.

We are in the same position!! Aaaaarrrgghhhh!! We were assigned a case officer who requested our police checks which we sent within a week (the CO had given us 28 days to get them back) and that was over a month ago and no response!! I'm pregnant so our window of being able to go at all is slowly closing!! We have a migration agent (who is pretty useless!) and he thinks we shouldn't chase for another month! I'm not so sure & think we may make contact next week, to give a little push!!
