We've had our container delivered today, and I just wanted to take the chance to heartily recommend Robinsons at the UK end and to say that Wridgways, who seem to handle most of the incoming stuff have been blinding. Brilliant service on both counts. Everything has arrived in one piece, with the exception of a cheap bookcase that we didn't really like anyway, and the fellas who tuened up at the houses at both ends were great. And no problems at all through customs and quarantine, in spite of the fact that they'd opened about twenty boxes to take a look......

 

All in all, a good result - and fantastic to have our stuff around us again..... :)

how long did it take for quarantine & customs etc, cause ours has arrived here and the say in 3 week when its out of quarantine we will get it dont know why that long

Ours docked on the 11th, so two and a half weeks for us....... No idea why it takes that long, but that seems to be the norm.
