The property is 3 years old, set over three levels, with a double garage on the ground floor, set behind electric security gates, and is pretty much as new.

 

It is very central for everything, and is an ideal starting point for a couple or single person.

Hi Ceri,

 

I've been paying $420 per week for the last 14 months (the landlord may want to edge that up slightly). Bear in mind that includes council rates and all but $10/month of the water bills.
