Thinking Of Breaking Lease on 3/4 Bed House Aldinga Beach

We are considering breaking our lease and wondered if anyone may be interested in taking it over.

Lovely 3/4 Bed House (3 bed + study but can be used a bedroom) with family room, nice kitchen, separate lounge, secure garden, ducted aircon (heating and cooling) and double garage.

The house is only a few months old and is on Sunday Estate in Aldinga Beach, fab place for families and only 5 mins walk to the beach.

May be available early to mid April, rent is $330 per week. No Pets Allowed.

 

We are considering moving to the house across the road as we want somewhere that will take a dog, so obviously love the area.
