Shipping has left today!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

 

Just had to post, our shipping left today and was wondering how many people feel like

 

lost sheep, everything done and just waiting for the flight from Heathrow .

 

Kids are wondering around house wondering what to do next.

 

Time to crack open a beer!!!!!

ahh limbo time i remember it well ,take loads of photos of family and friends .

take it easy because your going to be busy once you get over here.when do you fly out ,

It's a weird time but very exciting!! Also a great sense of relief as once the container is gone there are a lot less things to organise and worry about. We moved out of our house and lived in a holiday cottage for 10 days which added to the weird-ness. We also spent the whole time wearing old daggy clothes as all our decent winter clothes were on the shipping container. We just threw our old clothes in the bin before we left - the very last ones went in the bin of our hotel room at Heathrow!!

 

Enjoy it and have as much of a rest as you can before the next onsluaght of activity. Good luck!

Our Container was packed on the 5th March (due to completing on the house sale) and sailed on the 16th March. We had 2 weird dates - one when the container was packed and drove away and one on the 16th when it was too late to change our minds.

Hello all

Yea very much limbo time and like Anne b says wierd but exciting time of our life!!

 

We fly on 30th of may so a bit of time to go yet

 

I see you leave on 12 of April mez10 i bet you guys are soooooooooo excited
