Due to reoccurring injury i am selling my pool care business. (based in the southern suburbs)

The business has regular clients and casual's. It involves maintaining pools, installing equipment etc.

All tools, sign written van etc included. Also the phone number.

Training provided and i will personally hand over each regular clients pool.

Obviously a great lifestyle job which you can work as much or as little as you want.

A confidentiality agreement will need to be signed for further info.

Erm it's my franchise:wacko:

 

This could get complicated. Yes it is a franchise like most other businesses in Australia.

It's a Jim's Pool Care franchise.

Jim's is one of the biggest franchise groups in the world with 3000 or so in Australia alone.

Unlike other franchises where you pay a % of what ever you earn back to the franchisor, jim's has fixed fees regardless of what you earn.

It is also "my business" to do what i like with regarding pools. Im not dictated to to do this or that.

I applied for a job a few weeks back and i heard today that i got it:jiggy:

So now i have a business to run and a job:arghh:

So, for those that enquired about the business, i can now offer it a bit cheaper.

Also there is a heap of work coming through the website at the moment, all unserviced:sad:
