Wanted: House Rental Southern Suburbs

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We're a family of 2 adults, 2 boys (11 & 14) and a very well-behaved labrador!

We've just been advised that our current landlords want to sell the house we are currently renting and so are looking for a large, preferably 4 bed (or 3 with study) house in the Woodcroft or surrounding areas. We can provide references from our current agents which will include proof that our dog is no problem!

Our lease actually finishes in January 2011, but we are hoping to negotiate an early release if we find a suitable property before then.

If anyone knows of a suitable property we would be most grateful.

Thanks in advance!

hiya, we are breaking lease on a lovely almost new 4 bed on the coast estate in seaford rise, the tenants before us had a dog so they would probably be ok with that. pm me if you would like more details for the agent, its on realestate.com as well. it'll be available from 12th nov.
