Car Hire Advice

Im flying to ADL next thurs, and we're picking up a house boat at Murray bridge for a week the friday morning.. Problem is we dont have transport to get to and from the CBD to the murray bridge point.. I believe its only about 1 40 min drive, too expensive for a taxi and dont fancy the bus, due to the timings.

 

So we're thinking of hiring a car.

 

Does anyone know a place that will give us a discounted rate, as its literally going to be sitting in a carpark for a week, and wont clock up many miles...

You could try someone like Europcar who have offices in both Adelaide and at Mount Barker (not Murray Bridge but nearest I could find) and talk to them about booking two one way rentals - might work out cheaper as you generally pay by the day rather than by the mileage done.
