slimming clubs

    Recommended Posts

I don't know about anybody else but i really could do with loosing some weight!with the move here and christmas and Deep blue cafe's pizza's i seem to be carrying an abundance of excess baggage!I start my new job in 2 weeks and with being out of the house for 11 hours a day a big exercise routine will be hard to stick to so I thought about joining a slimming club if there is such a thing here.can anyone help?does anyone go to or have heard of a slimming club in Moana/Seaford area?Anyone else wanting to join one if we can find one?

    Thanks,Sharon:shocked:

I lost weight mid 2010 using a free Aussie web site called Calorie King. It's got a huge calorie counter data base, blogs, recipes and a forum. You can even get the calories in various brands of take away. It will generate charts for you to chart your progress and tell you which food groups your cal's fall into each day. There was talk of having to pay to use the site but last time I checked in Nov it was still free.

Have just checked, it's still free. Perhaps some of the PIA members might like to have a PIA weight loss challenge using the site. That way it wouldn't matter where people lived and they could motivate each other .
