Can anyone recommend any websites with practice papers on for the IELTS test please ? I've been warned that despite being a native, educated to degree level etc it is wise to practice and not be complacent !!!

Yes it is wise to practice just so you're familiar with the format of the exam. It's worth looking on amazon or similar for books that come with a cd to practice. There are a few websites I found by googling when I did mine.

i borrowed one from the library with cd, yes practice, practice and practice x

If you go on ILETS site and click the uk one, you can order the book with CD for about £13 which is what we have done.
