John Mason?

Hi, all quotes are in and we are leaning to a majority vote to John Mason. Anyone used them recently? Good Service etc.

Andrew,

We used them when we came over in April. They are in partnership with Wridgways over here. We would get weekly e-mails with the location of the container and approx dates of arrival, Immi clearance etc. Excellent service and not one thing broken.

I agree with above post, we used in when we moved in Sept, excellent at both ends, good updates, nothing broken. Took 10 weeks door to door.

We used them and they were great. The service was fantastic, they packed everything so well, nothing was missing or broken when it arrived. The price was reasonable too. They only charged us for what we used and we didn't fill a container.

Hi we used them in June and found them really good only a few concerns:

1. If you stand still long enough they will pack you...the team were very fast and did not stop.

2. We had a packet of seeds and a live orchid packed, fortunately this was not detected.

3. After cleaning our bikes thoroughly they wrapped the bikes leaving the tyres exposed and then wheeled them accross the pavement and into the container!!

4. One bed was slightly broken when being taken apart by the packers but was repairable.

 

All in all they did a great job 10 weeks door to door but I have heard very good things about Pickfords too.

We used them too and they were brilliant, the furniture arrived but unfortunatley we had to postpone our arrival but they were happy to sort out storage and delivered an hour after we arrived at our new home in June.

Everything exactly as we packed it and Wridgways were excellent.
