Hi to anyone who has solar energy

 

I've got solar panels on my roof, am in a rental in blackwood. I've paid my bill, and have rnag the company about 4 times to aslk when we get a cheque back, with no real solid repsone. the last itme they said we had a huge bill of $1000+ even though i paid the bill. No-one will clarify what happens next. We have given them the metre number or something but they're not coughing up???

 

Can someone please clairfy this|??? The owner has explained and says they just cough up no issues, this obviously isn;t happneing. We're waiting for the team leader to get bakc to us, have been waiting 4 days now/.:dull:
