Hi everyone,

 

This is my first post on PIA.

 

We applied for a 175 visa in nov 2008, I am a primary teacher and main applicant. The past 2 years have been a real roller coaster but there is light at the end of the tunnel (hopefully!). We were so excited when we saw that SA were sponsoring teachers as Adelaide was where we wanted to be. We are in the process of switching to a 176, thought it would be straight forward but our agent has advised that my skills assessment has expired, have to do a new one!!! We are worried that we will miss the boat and be too late for a state sponsorship. More waitin and wondering.............!

Normally if an occupation appears on the list it normally stays there for a while, get your application in ASAP for assessment and just keep the faith, it can take a while but stay positive, its soooooo worth it.
