Need a place to live - will take over a lease agreement

    Recommended Posts

    Hi,

We arrived a couple of weeks ago and have been looking for a rental property ever since. The places have been few and far between. Is anyone needing to end their lease agreement early so that we may take over. We have only 2 weeks now to find somewhere to live.

We need a 3 bedroom with a small garden. Ideally somewhere south of town

    Can anyone help.

    Thanks

    The Tomatoes

Its a beautiful looking place but just a bit out of our price range. We can go up to $350. Thank you for thinking of us though. Kind regards, The Tomatoes

Have a look in the Southern Times, this is the link to the digital edition, have a look on page 62, in the To Let section.

    Southern Times Messenger : February 23rd 2011, Page 1

The papers for the other areas in South Australia are:

We found our first rental by getting to know the property manager in the area we wanted to move to and then pestering her every day until she was so sick of us that she found us somewhere.

Hope this is of some help.

Will send you a PM but.......if you need somewhere to base yourselves for a few months let me know.

I have a investment property - 34 Glenloth Drive, Happy Valley, 5159 - check it out on google.

Three bedroomed, enclosed garden, large entertaining area.

The tenant is hoping to break the lease ASAP - split with girlfriend.

I am intending to change it over to a holdiday rental but this will take a few months.

$350 per week - no strings - no long contract - your choice. It should give you breathing space and you won't have to take somewhere just for the sake of it.

Tenant can be out in 2/3 days.

    Cheers,

    Tony
