Loadsa casual work, finding hard to find perm?!!!!!

hi me n hubby been here 10 months now.

we r both still casually employed!!!!!

drives me nuts when u can't plan holidays etc etc..

 

i work part time doing data entry, and have applied for airline work (my background), retail, hospitality. it is nearly ALWAYS CASUAL, where are all the perm jobs pls???!!!!!!

What visa are you on?

 

It seems to be a thing in Adelaide a heap of short term, casual jobs and not that many that are long term or as they call it "ongoing". Still looking for my permanent role and have been here nearly 3 years. Am hoping that now that I have got PR I will finally get a look in.
