Hi! We are flying with Singapore Airlines (they are fab). Stop for 6 hrs in Singapore and then on to Adelaide. They allow double baggage for migrants!

Probably heading for the South, not sure exactly where yet.

I've been thinking, i would like to go with singapore airlines when we do finally go ,as i've heard very good things about them but have never travelled with them, and as its a long flight would like it to be a good experience with my boys !!! :biglaugh:

Not end up on the other side stressed out to the max !!!

Thanks , will def be considering it ;)

We fly with Singapore Airlines too - exactly the same 6 hour stopover and then onto Adelaide. I emailed Singapore Airlines to check on the baggage allowance and had an email back to confirm it was double (so I'll take that the airport with me to be on the safe side). :D

Make sure you throw a swimming cozzie in your hand luggage - you can have a swim at the rooftop pool in the airport, and a shower (they supply towels, shampoo etc) - great way to freshen up before the last leg of the flight.

    Thanks Diane,

We did that last year, had a swim and shower etc and the time whizzed by. Only trouble this time is it will be evening, but still could swim I suppose. There is a small charge to use the pool, but not that much not to do it.

Singapore airport is lovely and it all adds to the experience in a positive way.
