Primary teachers applying for ss

Hi,

 

We've recently submitted our application for SS, and im the main applicant (primary teacher). I was just curious to know if any other people with the same profession as me have recently been approved SS? If so, how long did it take for a decision to come back? Anxiously waiting for our decision now, fingers x! ;o)

hi there, i have just done the same. It only took around 4 weeks to get approval so hopefully it won't be too long for you. good luck

Hi, I'm a Primary School Teacher too. We applied Feb 2011 for SS (sub-class 176). We got SS in April 2011. Previously applied to NT and got SS within a month! But not going there now as we've accepted SA offer. Good luck.

I'm the same, althougth i'm pre-primary, they recieved our paperwork yesterday (27th) so I guess its just a waiting game now - pretty big one tho hey!!
