forms 1221 and 80

Can anyone clarify? Following my 176 application I had an e-mail from DIAC listing all documents required to be uploaded. This includes Form 80 and 1221, but these were not on the checklist on DIAC site. I have downloaded these but it seems the same as the info in the application.

Also, if these are needed, is it for all applicants over 18?

I have done a search and read that some people have only done this when CO allocated?

Any help gratefully received! I dont want to get it wrong and cause a delay!

Form 80 is needed, if not done with application, your CO will request it. The 1221 is only for any changes of details, so unless that is the case, you won't need to do this.

I agree with Tean, I completed and uploaded only form 80 for myself and OH - one each (all persons over the age of 16 years) . It saves times, I think. There is a lot of detail required,best to get going and gather the info to complete the form.

we found you put the same information a fair few times, but yeah with form 80 that needs to be done too. and from what i was told it is only applicants over 18
