How'd you go? I'd be keen for the bread recipe if you liked it.

The bread was so good and so easy! I got indian flat bread flour from coles (2cups), then added half a teaspoon of salt, 2 sliced cloves of garlic and 3 tablespoons of water. Mixed into a dough then left to rest for 10 mins. Break into portions flatten and shallow fry for 45 secs each side. Next im going to substitute the garlic for coconut, mango and raisins to try a peshwari style bread. Also great with cheese too!

I need to work on the curry, the spices were good, but needed a bit of an extra kick for me!! :-)

I've always found with Indian that it's never flavourful enough when I make it. Hard to get right straight away;)
