well had house on the market since jan this year did have an offer early on but bit below asking price whish we had taken it now. but hey at least we know people are interested., any way changing agents now as the one we are with now keep asking us to reduce the price to way below the offer we had previously.. so on 2 week notice and little bit annoyed about this , got to wait till next friday now before we can change to new agents.. been optomistic and positive thinking the house will sell in the next few weeks and then we can book tickets for jan.. well that s the plan....

Hi, in same boat as you.... our house been on since beginning March with an agent, he wa so c*** only sent 2 viewers in 2 months!! So have now gone multi agency with 2 new agents, got a good rate too (won't ever pay too much to agents as they do J*** S*** really!!) Have had 2 viewings today so the house is gleaming and smells of febreeze and bleach!! Ha Ha Good luck with yours!!

Hi were also waiting for the market to move!!, house has been on for 7 weeks, only one viewer then she didnt turn up!!! very annoying after i spent the whole day cleaning absolutely everything. Were with 2 agents now, going to give it a bit longer and see how it goes before we start reducing.

We have a brand new house for sale which we built to sell,we wernt getting much interest untill we started having open house at the weekends,12 till 4 since then we have had about ten viewings in 2 weeks, a bit awkward if your living in it but it does get viewers,get your agent to put the open times on rightmove,Good luck
