Finding a short term rental for Jan2012

Hi guys. I have searched and searched and it seems that every single rental home in Adelaide is booked for January 2012. Only the very expensive ones are available. We were hoping to fly out on the 2nd of Jan, but if there are no places to rent then we have to change our dates to later and really we don't want to wait any longer. If anyone knows of a place off the beaten track that might be available during January I will be greatful to hear from you or even any other suggenstions would be much appreciated!

Bad time of the year as its high holiday season at that time people from interstate etc on holiday here most places shut down for 2-3 weeks round about then.

Yes, we have realised it and are now looking more towards the end of January as it will be better for job hunting too.
