They do not have 110v tools here.

If you want them for your shed then its fine but they do not use them on any building site.

Most tradies have battery stuff or just plug in there 240v.

Hope this might clear things up a little.

    Cheers Rob & Mel,

Helps a lot. Can sell off 110v and buy new! So much to do and so little time.

    Regards

    Hi,

My brother in law took his power tools and converted it.

    Jason

How?....What did he do to convert 110v stuff to 240v stuff?

If you dont know the answer could you please ask your brother in law and get back to us asap,

Because I know loads of people that have sold off there stuff not knowing how to convert 110v stuff to 240v without the UK transformer and changing the plug.

Thanks and look forward to your reply.

I bought my 110 plaster mixer over and use it here, mind you the locals were baffled about the transformer. Never seen one, lol.

its great not having to lug a transformer about with you or have extension cables everywhere. I know a few people that have there 110v stuff still in the packing boxes lying in there garage collecting dust.I would sell it in the uk as you will get nothing for it over here.
