Hi all,

 

This is all new to me! I want to move to Adelaide in the near future after enjoing the place for 3mths in2005,ive got several years experience in furniture upholstery but only have in-house training.At present im taking nvq level 2 in furniture which will give me a formal qualification in june,ive been told my visa process stands a better chance when i have this.Alternativley ive also been told that if i could receive a company sponsor then this would be another option, really greatful of ideas or information on matter cheers...

have you talked to any agents? most do a free assement which will help you chose your visa type and if your job is on the skilled in demand list. Sorry I cant be anymore help.

Thanks for reply,passed online assesment and trade is on the skills list i spoke to agent other day she advised to wait for qulification,but also mentioned the sponsors,if i want to get ball rolling now which i do!

it's a huge leap forward if you are on the modl list, which you are.

 

Have you enlisted the help of an agent yet or are you waiting a bit, cos it's always a good idea to phone a few as they all have varying ideas and suggestions, that way you also get a feel for who could do the best job for you and who you communicate well with.
