Hi, If someone have any idea on the following, could you please reply with your experience/advice/knowledge?

 

A senior of mine would like to migrate on 176 family sponsored visa. He wanted to know if his uncle sponsors him, is there any rules/obligation that he has to migrate and live in the same state of his uncle if 176 is granted?
