Question about viewing rentals

When the rental has an inspection time on a certain day, do you have to register with the agent beforehand or can you just turn up at that time?? Newbies here obviously

If you know the time, then you can just turn up. Some agents don't advertise the times, therefore you have to register with them first.

 

I've been out walking around and noticed a house opening before, and just wondered in to be nosey.

Just turn up at the time listed, they may ask for your name and contact number at the house but thats about it

Not fully made mind up yet, as only just arrived last week. However, we liked the look of Aldinga Beach, woodcroft and seaford possibly.

Just turn up, but remember you have to kiss a few ugly frogs to find the perfect prince. (in other words you will probably see a few s...tips). We did but don't get down just keep looking your perfect home will turn up.

IF you have lived in your own home in the UK, what does one take as a reference for the prop agent? Just a statement of your morgage payments to show none was ever paid late of what? Any other referees?

I have been wondering the same thing. We paid off our mortgage a few years ago so what sort of references do we need to show to a property agent?

Suggest if you own your own property in the UK and are renting or selling it, bring a copy of the website ad and any photos of the property. Also if you have an email address for who is renting / selling it supply that.

We will probably be renting it out as it seems like a bad time to sell and change the money into dollars.
