Take all packaging off towels bedding etc then just pack as normal , what we did tho is put all of our towels ,bedding , sheets , quilts, pillows, into large vacpac bags , put the hoover on to them to save space, & we put a sticky label on each one so they knew what was inside the bags , no problems & saves mega space in our container , as for xmas pressies would mark on them gifts from family , as ;long as there not mega expensive items I think you will be ok . If you have ! time we washed all of our new stuff before hand also , plenty to think about , good luck best wishes enjoy the experience, well worth the worry !!!!

We bought new bedding, washed it and it was packed for shipping, not arrived yet starting to forget what we shipped. Will probably have excess stuff when it finally arrives.

Yes that was the same as us ,we have more full boxes in our garage that I am sure will get used one of these days , but all we seem to do is hunt for this & that or did we ship this or that , we thought better have to much rather than not enough, so everything was shipped. Glad it is all history now .
