Help - uploading documents for visa application !

Help !!

 

I have just lodged my visa application but when I went to upload my documents it told me the service was unavailable !!

 

Can anyone advise me how I now go about uploading my documents and what the timescales are please ?

Hi Vicky,

 

You can upload your documents here when it is available again https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/attachment/start.do?attachType=VISA_APPLICATION&group=travel

 

You should get 28 days if I remember rightly to upload everything, but you will get a confirmation email from DIAC at some point (ours took about 12 hours to come through) which will give you all the info you need to know.
