Hi to all,

 

Sold our own house within a week of it being on the market, however we had a second home to sell which we placed on the market after the sale was completed on the first home.

 

We have been so fortunate!!!! God is great! We leave on the 1st of December 2011 and we were already speaking to agents re possible tennants as the property had been on the market for 2 months, with lots of viewings, but no joy yet! Decided to rather opt for a tennant as it did not sell... last night... WE GOT AN OFFER!!!!! It is R15 000 ( +-2000 pounds) less than the asking price. We accepted it and now we move on to the rest of the contract.

 

So excited!!!!

 

Good luck to all with properties still on the market...just hang in there!
