Skills Assessment

Please could anyone help with regards to the possiblity of me having to a skills assessment for my visa. I was hoping that someone might of had one for the job as a Carpentry and Joinery and i was wondering if you would let me know the following:

 

1) Where did it take place?

2) How long did it take?

3) What jobs/tasks did they ask you to do?

4) Is the pass mark high or easy?

5) Is it theory or practical or both?

6) Are the tools supplied if away from home?

 

it would be gratefully received if you could maybe give me more info that i might not of requested.

Hi,

I know there are a few chippys on the site but not sure if any have done the skills assessment since September, before this it was just sending loads of paper evidence to TRA in Aus.

Not much help am I,

have a look at this link, it gives some info on what to expect and lets you book online, where the test centers are ect.
