Hi,

We are hoping to apply for a state sponsored 163 business visa in january 2012, we have an agent set up who is confidant we will be successful, but our situation is we need a business plan for a viable retail outlet. We have 17 years experience in our own card/gift shop. We would be interested in something similiar in the Adelaide region,possibly with a coffee shop, preferably in a coastal suburb.

If there is anyone there with some advice on a business for sale or lease we would be very grateful.

We also have loads of other questions.
