I'm having problems trying to sell my Hair and Beauty Salon in the Uk.. Really not sure what to do, there are a few options;

Close it and walk away, leaving me in debt

Keep it running with a Manager until I can break the contract next year and walk away still in debt.

When the house sells the loan will be paid off, but I still need to get the money back some how!!

 

Thing is, though I have a fab Manager in the salon, would it work with me in Oz.

 

Any views would be greatly appreciated.

We are in the same boat ,with no answer's at all ,we tried an internet business sale's company ,to sell the business,cost about £700 to be tied into them for 8 months and we never got one call after droping the price by half.There is no easy way out at the moment.
