Hi to all...

We arrived on the 3rd of December... with our to-do-list in hand! Glad to say, that after visiting Oz last year as a tourist, we can now visit Oz as PR's! Verified our bank accounts, took out Ambulance cover, registered with Medicare and Centrelink, applied for TFN no.,visited a few schools and decided on one, OH secured employment, went on course to obtain his white card and the best of all we secured a long term rental in Woodcroft!!! Slipped a visit or two to Glenelg in, enjoyed the Aquatic Centre in Marion and did some shopping at Marion and the Colonades. Made the best of each day!

Left Adelaide on the 20th to go back to Cape Town for Christmas and then returning on the 29th, arriving on the 31st of December in Adelaide and going straight to our long term rental! Oh starts on the 9th of January 2012.

We have experienced so much kindness from fellow migrants along our early journey of migration in Adelaide, it has been great! We look forward to all that Adelaide has to offer!

We are truly blessed in so many ways...God has been so good to us!

Wishing all well that is still planning their big move over...you have so much to look forward to!

Wishing all a Blessed Christmas and a wonderful 2012!:xmas15:

Take care

We enjoy having a braai at Christmas Eve, but for Christmas day we have lamb and beef roast with baked potatoes, veggies and desert.

HO - HO - HO... all those extra calories!

Have a good one!

Karen
