    Hi My husband has his HGV license but we won't be Adelaide until 5th July will there be any work available or will it be worth contacting them?????

    naughty naughty, men only, i know some strong tough women..whatr the hourly rate, and hours of work.

    I do see your point Jessica, but realistically there are some jobs that are more suited to men than women. The OP is saving everyones time being wasted by pointing that out. And it is great he is letting others know of job opportunities, especially when so many members seems to be searching for work.

    Hi don't forget unless your hubby has an Australian Hgv licence ,he will have to retake his test,it's a pain but I'm going to have to do it,

    yeah we got informed of this we have looked into it and got told the best company to do the HGV license with, we hope to book him in before we fly out, the guy who told us had a 5 week wait an he told us to book the test before we come out.

    I'm a woman and have no problem in their being 'men only' jobs.

     

    There will always be mould breakers, and that's fine but lets face it; there are more female midwives than male and more male builders than female.

     

    PC makes the world so freaking boring.
