AMEP criteria for Free courses

Hi,

I am a new migrant to SA with 475. I know AMEP courses are basically for the PR holders. But I see on the following link that 475 holders can also be eligible for it - may be under certain criteria.

Anybody have any idea if I or my secondary applicant will be eligible for the Free courses from AMEP ?
