A little tipple!

Hi, we are coming over via Singapore soon and were wondering whether we can bring any duty free from Heathrow, or should we purchase it at Singapore. We will be using the transit hotel and wondered if it would be taken off us if we have to go through security again. Just wanted to bring some Gin as we couldn't 't believe how expensive it is over there. Also

does anyone know if duty free is more expensive at Singapore? Thanks x

Get the duty free in Singapore. Its cheaper.

We bought two bottles of vodka and two tequila for about the equivalent of £13 each ! Already decided we won't be accepting any of our visitors from the UK without a promise to pick us some booze up from Singapore!! Oh and of course a box of shreddies!

Hiya I agree with all of the above about bringing alcohol it's so much cheaper!!! Also to use the transit hotel you will not clear security so it wil b no problem neway. Some people do make this mistake and it is a pain to get back so just stay in transit and buy alcohol in the airport if you don't have a massive stop
