Sellicks Beach Development?

Does anyone know if there are any development plans in the pipeline for Sellicks Beach?

Do you mean housing? There was some land up for on the corner of Justs Rd and Sellicks Beach Rd but that was for commercial. The sign was taken down and I've not heard anything - someone else may know. I did hear that the council are leaving it until they have finished Aldinga housing development. One issue is that they cannot get as high a density of housing until they put main sewers in. That was proposed and they were going to go through with it, but they said they were a couple of million short!

I mean everything ... Houses, shops, cafe etc

 

I know there is a bit of land up for sale at the moment but just wondered if anyone had heard of anything else in the pipeline?
