I am moving to Adelaide in the next couple of months and going to bring my Vw Camper (type2 Bay window) out with me.

 

Does anyone know of a Type 2 owners club or something similar in Adelaide?

I'd have a quick google search. You'll find plenty of VW club results and could narrow it down further quickly enough. Or email one or two of the owners clubs from a search and enquire if type 2's have their own club.

i remember in port adelaidea few weeks ago there was a big vw rally/show, so googled and came up with these, the dates are old, but its a start for yous

Hi,

 

My hubby has had 4 split screen campers ("air cooled and tax free in the UK"!) and bought a Samba when we moved to Adelaide.

 

He was a member of the Volkswagon Club of South Australia and the Kombi Club.

 

It's not like all the Run to the Sun, Bugjam and all the other meets in England though and we ended up selling our Van to buy a house!
