VETASSESS communication

Has anyone been contacted by VETASSESS regarding missing documentation recently? This may not seem odd, but I completed my VETASSESS application and received certification from them in 2011. Then out of the blue this month I received the following:

"I refer to your application to VETASSESS for a skills assessment.

We have yet to receive the requested documents to support your application for a Skills Assessment. This is to advise that unless we receive the required item(s) within 30 days your case will be closed and no result will be issued. Please note that once your case is closed it cannot be reopened. For any further assessment you would require a new application and payment of the application fee. DIAC’s transitional arrangements for international students finish on the 31 December, 2012. This will affect those who held a qualifying student visa (subclass 572, 573 or 574) on 8 February 2010, and those who held or had applied for a Skilled Graduate visa (subclass 485) visa holders on the 8th of February 2010. Please note that applications to VETASSESS are usually processed in 8-10 weeks once all documentation has been received. VETASSESS will be closing for the Christmas/ New Year period on the 21st of December, 2012, and reopening on the 3rd of January, 2013."

I have replied and offered to provide evidence of my certification from them, but had no response back. The requested documents they refer to has never been requested and when I check the correspondence tab on the VETASSESS application site, this is further backed up by there being no documented messages where they have asked for this.

If anyone can advice who I can speak to to get this resolved, I would be most grateful.
